Programmatic SEO in Saudi Arabia

The largest Arabic-language commercial search market — and the least well served by competent content.

We build Arabic-first programmatic SEO surfaces for Saudi businesses — city- and district-accurate, written by native speakers, and engineered for the fastest-growing search market in the region.

What we do here

One engine, six moving parts — running in Saudi Arabia

Programmatic SEO is not a content order. It is a data model, a template system, a performance budget and a maintenance routine that has to keep working after launch. We own all four.

01

Arabic-first, English-second

The Saudi surface should be Arabic-native with English as the paired variant — the reverse of how most international brands build it, and one of the clearest ranking advantages available here.

02

City and district modelling

Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and the emerging giga-project areas each break down into districts (أحياء) that residents search by name. We model that layer.

03

Templates with a uniqueness gate

Regulation, Saudization requirements, licensing, pricing bands and district-level supply are the substance that makes a Saudi location page defensible.

04

Performance budget in CI

LCP under 2.5s and INP under 200ms on mid-range mobile, verified per template.

05

Bilingual schema and AI surfaces

JSON-LD per language, RTL-correct templates, llms.txt and citation files so assistants quote the Arabic surface accurately.

06

Index governance, monthly

Coverage, AR/EN cannibalisation, pruning and refresh.

Suburbs, Buildings, Listings, Agents

Property is the most unforgiving programmatic category there is: inventory changes weekly, every portal already owns the head terms, and a stale page is a wrong page. We build the neighbourhood, building and agent layers portals under-serve, wire them to your live listing feed, and keep the 404/410 discipline that stops decayed inventory from rotting your index.

Who it's for

Who we run programmatic SEO for in Saudi Arabia

Different buyers, different matrices, different risks. The engine is the same; the model is not.

Real Estate

Real estate & developers

Aqar and Wasalt own the listing layer. District guides (أدلة الأحياء), compound pages and price-band analysis in Arabic are where a developer or brokerage can build something durable.

How we get you ranking

The order we work in for Saudi Arabia

No batch of pages goes live before the batch before it has been measured. That sequencing is the reason these surfaces survive core updates.

01

Arabic SERP audit

Arabic and English SERPs in Saudi behave differently. We audit both and decide which language leads for each intent class.

02

Geography and entity model

Region → city → district, mapped to real coverage, with Arabic slugs handled cleanly.

03

Pilot batch

50–200 Arabic pages published, indexed and measured before scale.

04

Scale with gates

Uniqueness, performance and schema validated on every URL, per language.

05

Bilingual link fabric

Language-consistent internal links and hreflang pairs across the full surface.

06

Prune and refresh

Monthly review — a fast-moving market means data decays faster than most.

Market reality

What building at scale in Saudi Arabia is actually like

Saudi Arabia has scale, spend and a serious content gap. Arabic commercial SERPs in most categories are filled with thin, poorly structured pages, which means well-built Arabic programmatic surfaces can move quickly.

Vision 2030 spending has created genuine demand across construction, tourism, logistics and technology, and a lot of that demand is being served by English-only sites that leave Arabic queries uncontested.

The requirement is authoring, not translating. Saudi Arabic register differs from Egyptian or Levantine, and readers notice.

Google dominates, on an overwhelmingly mobile user base with high video consumption.
Arabic commercial SERPs are structurally weaker than English equivalents — thin pages, poor schema, bad mobile performance.
Region-level intent matters: Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province behave as distinct markets.
Where it goes wrong

The failure modes we keep finding in Saudi Arabia

Scaled pages don't get demoted for being scaled. They get demoted for being interchangeable, slow, or wrong about the place they claim to serve.

English-only surfaces in an Arabic market

The single largest missed opportunity in the region.

Wrong Arabic register

Egyptian or Levantine phrasing on Saudi-targeted pages reads as foreign.

RTL performance debt

Arabic web fonts are heavy; unoptimised loading destroys LCP on mobile.

Region collapsed into one page

Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam serve different sectors with different procurement.

Playbook

How we build a Saudi Arabia surface

Same order every time. The uniqueness gate and the performance budget come before a single page publishes.

  1. 1
    Arabic as the primary set

Not a translation layer — the main content, authored in Saudi register.

  2. 2
    Arabic font strategy

Subset, preload, and measure. This alone often recovers a second of LCP.

  3. 3
    Region tier

Riyadh, Makkah Province, Eastern Province as separate tiers.

  4. 4
    Sector alignment to Vision 2030

Content mapped to where the actual spending is.

  5. 5
    Bilingual entity consistency

Same organisation, same schema, both languages, cleanly linked.

Questions

Programmatic SEO in Saudi Arabia — straight answers

Arabic or English first for Saudi?

Arabic. The gap is in Arabic, and that's where the volume is.

Can we use the same Arabic as our UAE site?

Mostly, with a register check. Gulf Arabic is close but not identical in commercial usage.

Why is our Saudi mobile performance so bad?

Usually Arabic web fonts loading unsubsetted. Fix the fonts before anything else.

Is Vision 2030 content a real opportunity?

Yes, where you actually serve the sector. Generic Vision 2030 name-dropping is not.

Want the Saudi Arabia surface scoped before you build it?

We'll audit the data source, size the first batch, set the performance budget and tell you honestly if programmatic is the wrong tool for your category.
