The rules for using WBP — kept short and human.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.

Each WBP plugin is licensed, not sold. Your license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the plugin on the number of sites your plan allows, for as long as your subscription is active.

You may not: (a) resell or sublicense the plugin, (b) remove copyright / license headers, (c) reverse-engineer the paid-feature code, or (d) share your license across accounts. Freemius license terms also apply.

Credits are prepaid units used to run AI, publishing and audit workflows across WBP plugins. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are governed by the rules published on the Credits page. Consumed credits are non-refundable; unused credits follow the Refund Policy.

Any consulting, done-for-you setup, brand engagement or private strategy work is governed by the service agreement signed at kickoff, plus the Refund Policy — specifically the tiered refund schedule for services.

You agree not to use WBP to:

• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful or infringing.
• Generate spam, deceptive content, phishing or fake reviews.
• Attack, probe or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
• Circumvent license limits, credit metering, or rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You own the content you generate with WBP. We claim no ownership over your outputs. You grant us a limited license to store, process and route your content strictly to deliver the service you asked for (e.g. sending a prompt to your chosen AI provider).

WBP integrates with third parties (WordPress, AI providers, hosting providers, analytics tools). We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, terms or outages. You are responsible for complying with their terms when you connect them.

WBP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can cancel any subscription at any time from your dashboard or via Freemius. We may terminate accounts that violate acceptable use, chargeback abusively, or attempt to defraud the service. On termination, license access ends; refunds (if any) follow the Refund Policy.

If we make material changes, we will announce them on this page and — for active customers — by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
