WP Bulk Publishing
Trust & transparency

Editorial policy

How we choose what to cover, who writes it, how claims are sourced, where AI fits, how the publication is funded, and what happens when we get something wrong.

Mission & scope

What we cover, and what we deliberately don't

WP Bulk Publishing publishes on one subject: how content gets published, indexed, ranked and cited in the age of programmatic SEO and AI answer engines. That means WordPress engineering, schema.org and structured data, silo architecture, crawl and index behaviour, Google algorithm updates, and how ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and AI Overviews select and cite sources.

We do not cover general news, politics, health, finance advice or anything outside our demonstrated operating experience. When a topic sits at the edge of our expertise we say so in the article rather than writing around it.

Product & release notes
Every plugin, tool and MCP server we ship, with the changelog attached.
Algorithm-update analysis
What Google confirmed, what actually moved, and what we changed in response.
Original testing
Runs on our own properties and on client properties where we have written permission to publish the data.
Reference & education
Glossary, courses, playbooks and documentation — evergreen, versioned, and dated.
Authorship

Every article carries a named, traceable human author

No article on this site is published anonymously, under a pen name, or under a fabricated persona. Each post shows the author's name at the top, links to a full author page listing their role, expertise and verified profiles elsewhere on the web, and carries the same identity in the page's structured data.

Authorship means accountability: the named author researched the claims, approved the final text, and is the person a correction request reaches.

Author pages
Role, biography, areas of expertise, and links to independently verifiable profiles.
Publish and update dates
Both are shown on the page and both match the structured data exactly.
No ghost bylines
We never attribute work to someone who did not write or approve it.
Research standards

Claims are grounded, dated and linked

Factual claims are traceable. Where a statement comes from Google's own documentation, a search engine's published guidance, or a third-party dataset, we link to the original source rather than to an aggregator repeating it.

Where a number comes from our own testing, we say what was measured, over what period, on how many properties, and what the limitations are. We do not publish results we cannot reproduce or defend.

Primary sources first
Official documentation and changelogs outrank commentary.
Dated evidence
Search behaviour changes fast — every data point is timestamped.
Stated limitations
Sample size, timeframe and confounders are disclosed with the result.
No invented proof
We never fabricate testimonials, ratings, certifications, client names or statistics.
Sources

Named sources by default, anonymity only with cause

We name our sources. Anonymity is granted only when naming would breach a client NDA or expose someone to professional retaliation, and only when the information is materially in the reader's interest. In those cases we state why the source is unnamed and describe their position precisely enough for the reader to weigh it.

Client data is only published with written permission. Where a client permits the data but not the name, we anonymise the brand and say we have done so.

AI disclosure

How AI is and isn't used in our publishing

We build tooling for programmatic and AI-assisted publishing, so we hold ourselves to a disclosure standard stricter than the one we'd expect from others.

AI is used for drafting scaffolds, summarising our own research notes, generating illustrative imagery, and producing structured data. It is not used to invent facts, fabricate experience, or publish unreviewed text. Every page that reaches production has been read, edited and approved by the named human author, who is accountable for its accuracy.

Human review is mandatory
No page publishes without a named human editing and approving it.
Generated imagery is labelled
Illustrative AI imagery is decorative and never presented as a photograph of a real event, person or result.
Programmatic pages carry real data
Templated location and service pages are only published where we have genuinely distinct market data for them.
No AI-attributed quotes
A quotation always comes from a human who said it.
Corrections

How we fix things when we get them wrong

We will get things wrong. When we do, we correct the page rather than quietly deleting it. Substantive corrections — anything that changes the meaning, the recommendation or the numbers — are noted at the foot of the article with the date and a short description of what changed. Typographical and formatting fixes are made silently.

To report an error, email corrections@wpbulkpublishing.com with the URL and the specific claim in question. We acknowledge within one business day and publish a correction or an explanation within five.

Correction notes stay visible
We do not remove a correction note once the article is fixed.
Updated dates are honest
We only bump the update date when the substance actually changed.
Retraction over deletion
If an article is fundamentally wrong we retract it in place and explain why.
Independence & ethics

What can and cannot buy coverage here

Editorial coverage is not for sale. No advertiser, affiliate partner, sponsor or client can buy a review, a ranking position in a comparison, a favourable verdict, or the removal of a critical one.

We publish comparisons that include our own products. In every one of those, our product is labelled as ours, the evaluation criteria are stated up front, and competitors are assessed against the same criteria. Where a competitor is genuinely better for a use case, we say so.

No pay-for-placement
Rankings and verdicts are never sold or traded.
Conflicts are disclosed
Any commercial relationship with a company we write about is stated in the article.
Self-comparison is labelled
Our own products are always identified as ours in any comparison.
Ownership & funding

Who owns this publication and how it makes money

WP Bulk Publishing is independently owned and operated by its founder, Usman Jatoi. It has no outside investors, no parent company and no undisclosed ownership interests.

Revenue comes from three sources: software licences for our plugins and tools, paid services and consulting, and affiliate commissions on third-party products we recommend. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on the pages where they appear and never determine a verdict. None of these revenue sources gives the payer any control over editorial content.

Software licences
Our own plugins, tools, MCP servers and apps.
Services & consulting
Fixed-scope programmatic SEO and AI-visibility engagements.
Affiliate commissions
Disclosed inline; see the FTC disclosure page for the full statement.
