WBP (WP Bulk Publishing) is a product ecosystem for programmatic SEO, bulk publishing and content operations. This website and its associated products are operated by the WBP team. For any privacy question, contact privacy@wpbulkpublishing.com.

• Account data: email, name, hashed password, plan, license keys.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Freemius / Paddle / Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
• Product telemetry: anonymous plugin usage — feature toggles, errors, environment info — only when you opt in.
• Support data: messages, screenshots, URLs and diagnostics you send us.
• Website analytics: aggregate pageview data via privacy-respecting analytics; no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.

• Contract: to deliver the product or service you purchased.
• Legitimate interest: to keep the product secure, fix bugs, and improve features.
• Consent: for optional telemetry, newsletters and marketing communications.
• Legal obligation: to meet tax, accounting and compliance requirements.

We only share data with vendors that help us run the service. Current subprocessors:

• Freemius — plugin licensing & payments.
• Cloudflare — hosting, edge network, DDoS protection.
• Supabase — application database and authentication.
• Postmark / Resend — transactional email.
• OpenAI / Anthropic / Google / other AI providers — only when you enable AI features and only with the content you submit to them.

We never sell your personal data. Period.

• Account data: while your account is active, plus up to 24 months after closure for legal/billing records.
• Billing records: 7 years, as required by tax law.
• Support tickets: 24 months after resolution.
• Anonymous analytics: rolling 12 months.

You can, at any time:

• Access a copy of your personal data.
• Correct data that is inaccurate.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@wpbulkpublishing.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use a small number of first-party cookies for essential functionality (authentication, session, cookie-consent state). Optional analytics cookies only load after you accept them via the consent banner.

WBP is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

If we make material changes, we will announce them on this page and — for active customers — by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
