What if a plugin update breaks the site?+
It doesn’t reach production. Every update runs on a staging clone first with a visual regression test; failures are triaged before any deploy.
Are hack cleanups included?+
Yes, if we caught the infection. Pre-existing malware from before you signed up is quoted separately (usually 1–3 hours).
Where do backups live?+
Off-site, encrypted, in a different provider from your hosting. Standard is S3-compatible object storage; happy to use Backblaze, Wasabi or your own bucket.
Can I use my own backup plugin?+
Yes — we integrate with UpdraftPlus, BlogVault, ManageWP or WP Vivid if you’ve already got a licence.
